The apartment is located in the middle of the famous area of Puerto Marina, in Benalmádena. Full of restaurants of all kinds and a multitude of shops, a large supermarket, and a taxi rank at the door.
The beach is just a 5-minute walk away with its beach bars and sun loungers and the beautiful promenade where you can walk or even run. Although there is parking around the building, it is not necessary to take a car given the convenience of the area as it has absolutely everything you need in the vicinity of the building.
